The tour will explore the twenty-block-long Grand Concourse of the Bronx which is a huge wide boulevard that is lined with the 1920’s Art Deco apartment buildings. While taking your tour around the Bronx, you will get a chance to see nation’s largest urban zoo, the famous Edgar Allan Poe’s cottage in Poe Park, the Little Italy, the Fordham Universit with its astounding Gothic campus, and of course Yankee Stadium – home of the legendary New York Yankees.
Head to the North Bronx after so that to see Fieldston, Riverdale, and stop at Wave Hill – the former country estate where John F. Kennedy, Arturo Toscanini and Theodore Roosevelt lived once. Its amazing gardens are worth taking a walk! And you can also observe the Hudson River and the cliffs of the New Jersey Palisades.
