1-Day Boston to Rhode Island & Plymouth Tour

In the morning you will depart from Boston so that to arrive to Plymouth later this morning. And here your adventure begins… What is that you are going to see?

First of all, the Plymouth Rock, of course. Although it is a bit battered by time, it is still there, and serves as a tribute to the courage of the 102 Pilgrims who founded New England in 1620. After Mayflower, we will get a chance to explore the 17th-century English Village – a live recreation of the small farming and maritime community built by the Mayflower passengers and their ancestors along the Plymouth Harbor shore. Meet the village people who are costumed roleplayers – and see exactly how the actual residents of Plymouth Colony looked and lived!

Besides, you will get a chance to visit Wampanoag, the native American tribe, where you will discover how the tribe people lived in the 17th. And – here the staff is not role players but actual Native People! So whatever clothes you observe on them will be authentic, so completely historically accurate, and it is mostly made of deerskin.

After Plymouth, you will be taken to Rhode Island – America’s smallest state that boasts amazing ocean views, and of course Breakers Mansion in Newport County with its famous arcades, 45-foot high central Great Hall, and a covered courtyard. The Mansion’s rooms are elaborately decorated in Italian and French styles, and they were designed and assembled in Europe.

After leaving Rhode Island, you will be brought back to Boston on the Deluxe motor coach with A/C and WC, or a 15-seat Mercedes minibus (depending on the number of tourists).
