Very Charleston: A Celebration of History, Culture, and Lowcountry Charm - Diana Gessler, 168pp. Vibrant watercolors and sketches capture the riches that make Charleston so unique. Hand lettered, full color, full of fascinating details.


Gone with the Wind - Vivien Leigh, Clark Gable, DVD. One of the great classics, a sweeping drama about the Civil War and the lives of southerners caught up in it. With an immortal cast, magnificent cinematography and sweeping score, it's still powerful today.
