Weather
Being in the southern hemisphere, the seasons in Patagonia are reversed from
those we have in North America. Summer runs from December to March. January and February
are the warmest months, though it can also be windy near the southern
tip at this time.
In March, Buenos Aires has average highs of 79 degrees.
In Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world and very close to Antarctica,

- W. H. Hudson, 155 pp. First published in 1893, this is an
illustrated tale of a naturalist's Patagonia exploration. Part travelogue,
part natural history, part adventure story.

- Jasmine Rossi, 224 pp. Photographs of wildlife &

- Hugo Diaz, CD. Tango is the sensual, soulful national music of
