Patagonia Exploration
At the southern tip of the Americas
lies Patagonia - a wild and scenic area of ancient glaciers and pristine
lakes, jagged mountains and exotic wildlife.
 A
few snapshots:
Punta Tombo - You've never seen anything like it. Penguins
everywhere! You walk right through the colony and get a great view of
their antics, camera snapping all the while.
 Tierra
del Fuego - The "uttermost part of the earth", at the tip of South
America. Take a zodiac boat out into the Beagle Channel, where you
hike across a deserted island.
 Perito
Moreno - The 180-ft high glacier looms over the lake, as your boat
passes in front if it. Once across, you strap on your crampons for a
mini-trek on the glacier.
