This jacket uses specially coated nylon mini-ripstop fabric, that's 100% waterproof and windproof. Taped seams add extra water protection. You'll stay dry even on the wettest days.
The full front zipper has double exterior storm flaps for the best protection against wind and rain. The attached hold has elasticized sides, and a Velcro tab at the back lets you adjust the visor position. Sleeves have elastic cuffs, with Velcro tabs for a close fit. There are two zippered hand pockets, with mesh interior for ventilation. The elliptical hem has an adjustable drawcord for extra coverage.
All this, in an affordable, lightweight jacket. And it's easy to pack, too - it stows away into its own left pocket when you're not using it.
