Deposits & payments

All prices and payments are in US dollars.  Payments can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check or money order. 

Deposits
Payment of the deposit will guarantee your reservation.  The required deposit varies by trip, typically ranging from $300 to $800 per person, which will guarantee your reservation.  Deposit amounts are noted on the trip page of the website, and on the itinerary for the trip.

Standard payment plan
The balance, payable by check or credit card, is due 90 days prior to the start of your trip.  For reservations made less than 90 days prior to departure, final payment is due upon confirmation. 

With your authorization, we can automatically charge the balance to your credit card when it is due.  If final payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund the deposit.

Layaway plan
If you want smaller payments, the layaway plan may be for you.  It's a way for you to break the price of a trip into more manageable pieces, making monthly payments, or even biweekly. 

We still need the deposit to guarantee your reservation.  And we need the final payment no later than 60 days before the trip.  In between, it's flexible. We'll work with you to figure out how to break up the payments in a way that fits your personal situation.
