I must admit though that there are many times I am tempted to do so. LOL!Caring and worrying are inseparable so stress is eventual. If I feel that it's beyond my control, my best stress relievers are watching movies, reading books and laughing. In short, I try my best not to worry too much. Thanks for sharing. At least I know I'm not the only one. :)

You do have funny suggestions to let stress out... I also feel the same way, only I feel like I'm in a very slowly turning vice grip that is getting tighter and tighter. Reality IS the leading cause of stress and I think I realized that right after 9/11. Only as some things get better, others get worse. Anyway, I WRITE to relieve my stress and EAT (too much). I sometimes wonder what it would feel like to be rid of stress ..... maybe some day!

Your post made me laugh, but the subject isn't funny ... everything you write is true. I notice that those who really don't care about the world, or much less themselves, usually have little stress. But then again, what would life be without caring about life and living. :-)Good info
