This travel vest solves some problems, and makes me feel like a secret agent, too!
The video explains it all, showing this travel vest inside and out, and what makes it unique.

Yes, these are available to the general public, not just “00″ agents!
In the course of my travels, I run across numerous travel problems, and products that solve them (or claim to). I’ll give you the straight scoop on my findings (with a touch of humor!), in our Travel Gear section. Stay tuned for more!

You could buy one for a traveling friend. Or, you could point a friend or family member to this video, to give them a hint for your birthday or Christmas present. It’s nice to give people clues about what you want… In a way, you’d really be doing them a favor…

21 pockets?? Seriously?? Why take a carry on bag? You can just take your vest! awesome!!

I just talked to my brother, who took one of these on a recent trip to Japan. (Well, not the “women’s classic” model, but you know what I mean!)
He said it was “just like taking another carry-on for free“, which is such a true statement, I just had to add it here! Load it up!

Amber – I wrote my comment above before I saw yours, and we’re both on the same track. Great minds think alike, right?

This vest is must have for frequent travelors. I’d probably hide things from myself.

Redroot – Well, I did find a $5 bill in one of the secret pockets when I was making the video, so it does work for hiding things from yourself, too! Got to remember to check ALL the pockets when you get home!

Cool idea! You’d just have to be careful not to overdo it or you wouldn’t be able to move for all the stuff crammed in everywhere!

Rodney – That’s a pretty funny thought — I’m picturing it now!

That vest is great, I never saw anything like it, except those biker jackets which have large and visible pockets. I wonder if it comes in more colors or if you can custom make one for your situation. Sometimes it would look better as a jacket instead of a vest, just if you don’t want to draw attention. Nice post!

Roger – Thanks! They do have a couple of other colors, but not a big range. I didn’t see any pink ones.
And they do have some jackets with similar pocket schemes, though I haven’t tried the jackets. You’re right that a jacket might look more natural in some settings. As for custom-making, I guess that’s a business opportunity for someone!
